VERY IMPORTANT:
When making reservations for
your Boat Club Hospitality Room, you need to contact 309-686-8000 to reserve an
IRBBA Hospitality Room (only 16 available
- reserve ASAP). You must reference IRBBA
Hospitality Room.
When making a reservation for
your personal room, you need to contact the Ramada Inn at 309-686-8000 to
reserve your IRBBA Guest Room (200
rooms available). If you do not reference IRBBA
Guest Room, the staff will understand you are an outsider, and you will be
charged at a higher rate per night. The
IRBBA has reserved the remaining guest rooms, so PLEASE reference correctly!!
CREDIT ARRANGEMENTS
Individuals will be
responsible for their own rooms and incidental charges unless otherwise
specified in writing.
To allow ALL boat clubs to
visit and participate in Winter Games 2009, we ask that no more than 5 rooms may be
blocked and reserved by one person (one name, one card) at any point.
Should your “blocked” rooms not be individually reserved BY JANUARY 27, 2009, the reservations will be released and be made available.
If you need to cancel your room(s), please do so by February 13, 2009 to avoid
any charges to your credit card.

capacity, accommodations have been established at the nearby hotels:

Any food brought in by your boat club (including but not limited to): veggie
trays, crock-pots, sandwich trays, snacks, etc. AND outside pizza deliveries,
ANY food deliveries, must be kept within your respective Hospitality and/or
personal rooms, and will not be permitted inside the atrium! This will be
enforced by the Hotel Management. There is a restaurant within the facility and
there are numerous restaurants in the nearby vicinity for your dining experience.
The Pepper Tree Restaurant and Lounge is open from 5:00pm –
10:00pm and has a fantastic menu with multiple entrees to choose from,
including appetizers, salads, sandwiches and burgers, not to mention delectable
entrees! Please stop by the PepperTree
Restaurant for an incredible dining experience!
BEVERAGE NOTE: Due to Ramada Inn’s Liquor License, bars, coolers, and open drinks
(bottles, cans, squeeze bottles, coffee mugs, travel cups) will not be
permitted in the atrium area. All
beverages must be contained in open plastic cups. This will be enforced by
the Hotel Management.
